25 Point HVAC Inspection

Residential Concierge Exclusive Membership Agreement

Your heating and cooling system is one of the most expensive investments in your home. Most HVAC Systems do not perform to manufacture standards, and many homes have air loss in ductwork or air quality issues that can be found when regular maintenance is performed by a trained and certified HVAC technician.

Proper maintenance of your HVAC equipment can reduce service repair prices, increase the life expectancy of your equipment, ensure the equipment is operating safely, and lower operating and utility costs. Each Casteel Concierge Member will receive two visits within a 12 month period: one visit on the heating system and one visit on the cooling system. In addition, if there is a need for repair during the agreement period, you will also receive a 20% discount on your parts and labor.
